We take reservations up to a year in advance.

The extra guest fee allows us to keep our pricing low enough for all family sizes. Undisclosed guests incur a $50 fee per person that is used to allow our cleaner to pay any unexpected payroll for emergency help requests. Additionally, a portion of this fee is donated to a local conservation group that helps preserve the Lancaster area’s natural beauty. Changes to the reservation are free.

We will consider more pets on a case by case basis. Reach out any time!

We are licensed for 10 people in Lancaster. While we can typically make exceptions for infants or small children, our property is not capable of accommodating bigger groups of children or adults 5+.
